Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for services and training programs provided by Instillsoft Private Limited ("Instillsoft"). Our goal is to provide a clear understanding of your options and our commitments.

Corporate Training & Workshops

Cancellation by Client

  • More than 15 days before start date: A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable transaction fees or costs incurred for third-party vendors or trainers.
  • Between 7 and 15 days before start date: A 50% refund of the total fee will be issued.
  • Less than 7 days before start date: No refund will be provided as resources and trainers are confirmed.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@instillsoft.com.

Cancellation by Instillsoft

In the unlikely event that Instillsoft or its designated trainer needs to cancel a training session, we will notify the client as soon as possible. Clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling the session to a mutually agreed-upon future date.

Public Course Enrollments (Individual)

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Up to 72 hours before the course start time: You may request a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable payment gateway charges.
  • Within 72 hours of the course start time: No refunds will be provided. However, you may request to be moved to a future batch for the same course, subject to availability. This transfer is at the discretion of Instillsoft.
  • After course commencement: No refunds or transfers will be provided once the course has started.

Software Development & Consultation Services

Payments for custom software development and consultation projects are made in milestones as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

  • Each milestone payment is non-refundable once the work for that milestone has commenced.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client, any payments made for completed or in-progress milestones are non-refundable.
  • Any advance payments for project initiation are non-refundable as they cover the cost of project setup, resource allocation, and initial discovery phases.
